Consultation

Consult your dream home needs with us, and arrange visits & meetings with our designers for site surveys, concept adjustments, and budgeting for construction.

Budgeting

We will provide a RAB (Budget Plan) based on an approved design and adjust to the size, material, and price per item.

engineer (1)

Site Visit

Will be done before starting the installation and development process. Site visits are conducted to calculate the area of land to be built.

installation

Construction began in stages, starting from civil works, electrical mechanics, and furniture work to finishing. Our team will provide regular updates according to your home-building process.

Design

Booking fee to start project design. We will make a 3D rendering design until confirmation of the finishing material to be used.

Move In

New interior ready to live in. We also provide a guarantee after the handover process.

Kami melayani design only, design & build interior, dan Kontraktor pembangunan rumah

Untuk biaya desainnya saja dimulai dari Rp250.000 per m2, dan untuk Design & Build interior dimulai sekitar Rp2.800.000 per m2

Untuk Design & Build kami mencakup area Jabodetabek & Bandung. Untuk Design Only bisa mencakup seluruh daerah.

Bisa keduanya, umumnya untuk meeting pertama kami melakukan secara online untuk persiapan detail kebutuhan.

Tergantung lingkup pekerjaannya, umumnya project kami memakan waktu 2-3 bulan tergantung luasan, scoop pekerjaan, dan kompleksitas.
